Yes. Each person is required to show a photo ID (identity card, driving licence, passport, student card) before entering. The document can be presented physically or via mObywatel app. We do not accept photos of documents or school ID cards due to the possibility of their counterfeiting.

Yes, as long as the card shows a photo of the cardholder and the expiry date. IMPORTANT: we do not accept photos of ID cards.

Yes, you can pay at the cash desk of the club by cash as well as by card or BLIK.

Yes, the cloakroom at the club is obligatory and FREE. We also encourage you to take a photo of the number you receive when you return your belongings to the cloakroom. This will make it easier to find your belongings if you lose your number. We hang each of the returned items on a separate hanger.

We store belongings left in the cloakroom for 2 weeks. During this time, you can pick them up during organised events or by previous appointment (by e-mail to kwadratowa@pg.edu.pl in the club office (ul. Siedlicka 4, p.211, 1st floor above Kwadratowa). The club’s office is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Smoking is forbidden in the entire venue, however, we open an outdoor area at each event so that you can go outside without leaving the club.

The entry ticket is a single use ticket, so when you leave the club you have to repeat the steps as when you first entered the club, including buying a new entry ticket. In justified cases it is possible to return to the club again, but a staff member must be informed in each case.

All you have to do is join the FB event relating to a particular party. You can find all the events organized at Kwadratowa at this link: Events. IMPORTANT: free entry is only valid if you click GOING up to one hour before the club’s opening time on the day of the organized event (e.g. the party starts at 21:00 on Friday, so you need to click GOING by 20:00 on Friday). The list and free entry is only valid for one hour from the start of the event.

The club doesn’t operate a lost and found office, however we do keep any belongings left in the cloakroom, depository or found in the club for 2 weeks. If you have lost something during an event, please send us a private message via the facebook fanpage or email us at kwadratowa@pg.edu.pl. We will let you know if your reported item reaches us.
